I think that the Japanese government is doing the right thing.

First, let me explain why using cell phones is harmful to kids.

These days, I can see many students playing games whenever they have any opportunity of using their phones.

These students particularly include young kids who cannot control their minds easily.

I am not saying that playing games is wrong.

However, I can say that playing smartphone games is not good for the children's mental health.

Students who play lots of games may not be able to concentrate on studying and on other things.

Some students like to play violent games.

Since violent games can turn kids into rowdy children, there are many times when these kids bully others and even leave them in the cold.

In addition, if children play smartphone games before going to bed, they cannot sleep well due to the afterimages of the games.

To stop these situations and to prevent children from becoming game addictions, parents must stop them from playing games or reduce the time of playing them.

Smartphones can be used as a dictionary or as other useful materials.

The Japanese government is preventing students from playing smartphone games before going to bed.

This way, students would be able to sleep well and that will lead them to concentrating on studying at school.

For all these reasons, I think the law about using cell phones in Japan is certainly good.

I hope that this kind of law is made in Korea, too.
