    How I keep healthy

Keeping one’s health is very important for a happy life. So, I try to keep healthy with many ways.

            First, I exercise every week. Actually, I don’t like exercising very much, but my family thinks I should have more physical movement. So, I play tennis, badminton, or go swimming every weekend. Exercising routinely keeps our body from getting fat, and helps speed up metabolism.

            Second, my family also tries to eat healthy food. We buy organic vegetables, and fruit from stores. This way, we can avoid agricultural chemicals, and chemical fertilizers in non-organic food. Also, we don’t eat a lot of fast food. Fast food is very greasy, so it causes obesity. It also has too much salt in it, and leads to many diseases. It is non-hygienic, too. So, we eat as little of it as possible.

            Third, I try to keep regular hours. I usually sleep 8 hours, but many students in my class sleep for barely 6 hours. Nowadays, teenagers do not have enough sleep and rest.

            I am going to try to keep healthy in the future, too.
