I have a set of rules that when I'm exercise.
That I call it is The Rule
How to do The Rule of 4 bearing.

These are:
W - warm-up 1st warm up
S -  Stretch before exercising.
E - Exercise (swim, walk, ping-pong, soccer, baseball)
N -  Necessary.(Do not over-exercise so much...)
